Justine has owned & operated two residential construction companies. One in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, where she was raised and the other in North Carolina where she broke through a predominantly male industry and obtained her General Contractor’s license.

In her spare time, Justine enjoys kayaking, shelling, boating, snorkeling & camping with her husband of 34 years and her “canine baby”, a long-haired Chihuahua.
